Cancellation and Rebooking Policy for 2 BedroomUnit:
Thank you for choosing our 2-bedroom unit for your stay. We understand that plans may change, and we have designed our cancellation and rebooking policy to accommodate such situations while ensuring a fair and smooth process for both parties.
Please read the following policy details carefully:
Cancellation Policy:
Guests are allowed to cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
Failure to cancel within this 72-hour window will result in the automatic forfeiture of the reservation fee.
The reservation fee is cannot be transferred to another reservation or booking.
Rebooking Policy:
Rebooking is only permitted up to 72 hours before the original check-in date.
Guests can rebook their reservation only once, and this rebooking must be for a future date, subject to availability.
A rebooking fee of 1000 pesos will apply to all rebooked reservations, which will be charged in addition to the original booking cost.
Once a reservation is rebooked, the new dates selected are final and cannot be further modified.
Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable:
All reservations made for the 2-bedroom unit are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Reservation fees cannot be transferred to other individuals or bookings.
We highly recommend that guests review their travel plans carefully and make any necessary adjustments well before the 72-hour cancellation deadline to avoid any inconvenience or loss of reservation fees.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we understand that situations may arise beyond your control. We will do our best to work with you and find a suitable resolution within the boundaries of this policy.
